The Primary Purpose of the Position:

At North Shore Community Health, we understand that patient experience starts long before a patient walks through our doors, and well after they leave their appointment. We are looking for a motivated Patient Experienced Coordinator I who can help make healthcare more accessible, affordable and tailored to the needs of our community. 

This is an ideal opportunity for those eager to start a career on the ground floor of the value-based care movement and make a real difference in patient lives. As a Patient Experience Coordinator I, you’ll help create a seamless healthcare journey for each patient from Registration to Referral, working to reduce barriers that prevent our patients from getting the most value out of their care. Reporting to the Manager of Patient Experience, you’ll learn valuable skills related to referral processing, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling. You’ll work not just with our patients, but with specialists around the North Shore region to help meet patient needs.
