What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of network, production company, studio, music supervisor, etc. clients in the form of music searches, music file delivery, and account management.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular outreach via phone, email and in person meetings.
• Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate all aspects of synchronization licenses, including fees and terms. 

• Utilize prospecting tools and resources to seek out new business opportunities.
• Consistently meet KPIs.

• Interpret music briefs provided by clients and perform music searches.
• Anticipate client’s music needs, and proactively provide new and existing releases accordingly.
• Educate potential users on the best music formats and means of accessing the catalog, perform off-site and virtual web demos.
• Provide feedback on the catalog and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests.
• Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events.
• Collaborate with management on ideas and suggestions for client outreach and interactions.

Who You Are: (skills and experience required)

• 2 or more years’ experience in a sales capacity with customer service skills.
• Comfort with high volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about Music.
• Willing to travel if needed.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM a plus.
• 7.5 hour business workday but variations in work volume occasionally require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.
