What You’ll Do: (job responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional service to your assigned group of network, production company, studio, music supervisor, etc. clients in the form of music searches, music file delivery, and account management.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular outreach via phone, email and in person meetings.
- Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate all aspects of synchronization licenses, including fees and terms.
- Utilize prospecting tools and resources to seek out new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet KPIs.
- Interpret music briefs provided by clients and perform music searches.
- Anticipate client’s music needs, and proactively provide new and existing releases accordingly.
- Educate potential users on the best music formats and means of accessing the catalog, perform off-site and virtual web demos.
- Provide feedback on the catalog and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests.
- Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events.
- Collaborate with management on ideas and suggestions for client outreach and interactions.
Who You Are: (skills and experience required)
- 2 or more years’ experience in a sales capacity with customer service skills.
- Comfort with high volume of outbound calls and emails.
- Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passionate about Music.
- Willing to travel if needed.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM a plus.
- 7.5 hour business workday but variations in work volume occasionally require extended working hours for evening and late-night events.
