Job Description Summary
This will be a 3-month assignment but could be extended longer if business needs dictate. The Temporary Intermediate FINRA Contract Recruiter must be a multi-tasker with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, to meet tight timelines, identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants, interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Act as a liaison for potential candidates, generate and follow up on leads, perform initial telephone screens, keep accurate records of potential candidates, follow up with established recruits, support team members and other division teams as necessary.
