Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Production Supervisor to play a pivotal role in supporting the manufacturing and assembly of our groundbreaking product, the Allurion Gastric Balloon. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of to fight obesity.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our state-of-the-art clean room environment, utilizing cutting-edge equipment and processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Working second shift, you will have the chance to work alongside a talented and dedicated team, driving performance excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?

Your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks, including hiring and managing a skilled operator workforce, cultivating a high-performance culture through effective performance management strategies, quality and capacity improvement projects, scheduling, and other supervisory responsibilities. Moreover, your strategic mindset will be instrumental in devising and executing efficient production schedules.

What are we looking for in you?

• Maintains accurate production records/documentation and ensure compliance to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Coordinates daily assignments by organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluate and inspect workstations to ensure optimum efficiency
• Ensure all training records are current and operator training matrix is up to date
• Communicates between Manufacturing Manager and other supervisors of solve problems that impact planned priorities
• Understands the production process and the importance of data integrity.
• Constantly identifies improvement opportunities across quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
