Cohesity is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as a Senior Manager, Services FP&A. This role is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, oversight and analytics for the company’s services portfolio.  The role partners closely with our services leadership and cross-functional partners to drive bookings & profitability growth, investment decision support and long-term financial strategy. 

We’re looking for someone with an analytical mind and strong knowledge of finance who is a self-starter, a great communicator and passionate about driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment.  The ideal candidate possesses deep FP&A experience with a strong understanding of services economics and business drivers. This position reports to the Finance Director, Marketing & Customer Experience.  

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:  

Financial Strategy & Planning 

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Professional Services and Customer Experience teams. 

• Lead quarterly, annual and long-term financial planning for the services businesses. 

• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing, profitability and capacity for new and existing service offerings. 

• Translate business growth and corporate goals into services financial impacts. 

Reporting & Executive Insights 

• Develop clear, executive ready reporting for sr. leadership. 

• Monitor and pursue variances with plans and forecasts, providing actionable insights along with risks and opportunities analyses. 

• Partner with business operations teams to develop and refine appropriate performance measurements and appropriate dashboards. 

• Leverage AI tools for deeper understanding of data and business trends for the services businesses.
