WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Associate Consultant on our Affiliate team, you’ll support the execution of performance and partner marketing programs that help our clients reach and exceed their growth goals. You’ll collaborate with consultants to bring affiliate strategies to life through tactical execution, data analysis, and thoughtful communication with partners and clients. You’ll assist with reporting and research, contribute to presentations, and support campaign setup and optimization. You’ll also gain hands-on experience managing day-to-day workflows across key client initiatives—playing a vital role in our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive marketer looking to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets) for data review and analysis
• Experience with PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for presentations
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Proactive and collaborative work style
• Creative problem solver who is open to learning
• Technical comprehension helpful but not required
• Interest in digital marketing and working in a client services environment

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
