    Opportunity Overview

    We have an immediate opening for a HR Coordinator to join our team at US Fertility working a hybrid schedule including one to two days per week in our Rockville, MD office.

    • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM 
    • Compensation: $20 to $26 per hour (commensurate with experience)

    In this role, the HR Coordinator will:

    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
    • Provide administrative support to Human Resources team
    • Manage the new hire onboarding process for all clinical and corporate positions
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
    • Handle with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Facilitate new employee orientation and other employee-based training sessions
    • Assist in the compliance training for employees
    • Ensure all up-to-date legal postings are placed in designated areas within established timeframes
    • Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
    • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
    • Act in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and the legal rules and regulations applicable to the position

                What You’ll Bring

                Qualifications and Skills Include:

                • AA degree in HR or related field required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
                • 1+ years of related experience preferred
                • Extensive knowledge of computer software (MS Office, Windows) and basic computer skills; previous experience with HRIS and Payroll systems a plus
                • Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PPT
                • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public
                • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
                • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
                • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
                • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
                • Ability to function as a team player
