As a Global Trade Compliance organization, we are committed to driving and pioneering best-in-class trade compliance practices in a dynamic global environment.</p><p>The Senior Analyst, GTC – Ireland role, is an important GTC team member which is highly visible and a strategic position that actively partners with all Manufacturing sites in Ireland to support the enterprise across R&amp;D, Operations and Global stakeholders.</p><p>They are responsible for actively collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing trade compliance operations, enhancing decision-making, and mitigating risks. Their contributions are instrumental in shaping the future of our trade compliance function and supporting AbbVie's mission to improve the lives of individuals worldwide.</p><p> </p><p><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Work directly with the AbbVie IE manufacturing sites and our Business Process Operations (external partner) to help ensure that all import/export transactions are in compliance with EU Customs Law through deployment/integration of internal controls.</li><li>Perform importing/exporting operational activities and resolve day-to-day issues that may result in border delays including acting as a back-up to individuals, as needed</li><li>Monitor IE self-filing electronic process and technical challenges. Work with BTS for quick resolutions.</li><li>Engage with customs broker and support management of the relationship/performance in IE.</li><li>Apply advanced knowledge of regulations and requirements to support our Irish business requirements.</li><li>Moni
