About the role

As a Distribution Sales Team member, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients' products and services. Your primary objective is to establish and maintain relationships with distributors and operators, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring we meet and exceed our targets.
  • Sell CORE client's products to distributors and operators, focusing on building long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales plans in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 15 Platinum Partners by calling on them every 60 days. This may vary depending on the number and size of distributors assigned.
  • Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Execute sales targets assigned by clients, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, utilizing CRM tools for efficient management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including post-sales support.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain a positive and professional company image, upholding our values and reputation.
  • A proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required for business purposes.
