Diagnostic Imaging Assistant - CT (40h Days)

Coordinates and organizes an efficient workflow within the CT department
Provide support to the CT area by interviewing/screening patients, completing all patient related paperwork, scanning into PACS, verifying exams are sent to PACS, stocking rooms, assisting, sliding, and transporting patients, and general departmental operations. Cleaning and turning over rooms after every patient including, but not limited to: disinfecting table, gantry, and injector, changing linen and trash, and bed set up.

Monday 9:00am-5:30pm
Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Minimum one year of radiology clerical experience
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ability to focus and prioritize

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Synapse/PACS Experience
• Meditech experience
• Previous Cerner experience a plus

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

License/Certification:

• N/A

Physical Demands:
