You'll work with an experienced team of product managers as well as cross-functionally to provide a best-in-class revenue cycle solution.
The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the OHAI's Revenue Cycle products.
This includes:
- Working with customers to gather requirements and presenting the product vision and roadmap
- Following industry trends, developments, and practices to continuously offer the best products to our customers
- Collaborating with product leaders internally to ensure our recruiting roadmap will make a meaningful impact in improving revenue cycle management
- Performing in an Agile environment, writing epics, and prioritizing features
- Defining, managing, and driving the Product Roadmap
- Creating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog
- Working closely with Program Management to manage the product release process from definition through delivery and ongoing maintenance
- Working closely with the Cloud organization to ensure a smooth roll-out
- Defining and managing the beta-test and early-release programs
- Balancing time-to-market and quality requirements to decide when the product is ready for release
Education:
- BA/BS/MA/MS in relevant backgrounds. Computer Science a plus.
- Coursework in Engineering or a background in technical roles within an application software environment is a plus
Experience:
- Proven 8 years product management experience, preferably in cloud solutions, for enterprise level software applications
- Strong technical background through hands-on experience with software development lifecycle
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Highly self-motivated to work on tasks independently, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across various lines of business
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in EHR space specifically Cerner a major plus
- Experience in Life Sciences Industry specifically in site facing capabilities for conductions clinical research such as recruitment, retention, study startup and eISF preferred.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
