What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll participate in hands-on training designed to prepare you for future leadership roles. You’ll learn by doing—supporting outreach campaigns, mentoring team members, and assisting with day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in leadership and business training with experienced mentors
• Support outreach events, including logistics, staffing, and public engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, venues, and community organizations
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results
