Job Description

We @ AA are responsible for the worldwide Automotive Aftermarket business within Bosch. In more than 150 countries, our 13,000 employees supply customers in trade and workshops with vehicle and commercial vehicle spare parts, modern diagnostic and workshop technology & software for diagnosis and service training. In addition, the Automotive Aftermarket is responsible for the “Bosch Service” workshop concepts, one of the world's largest independent workshop chains.

The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarters of the Bosch Automotive Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

• Become part of our team and help us to shape the future of Analytics: You will be a part of a dynamic team to create Analytics with the use of big data to accelerator data driven business.
• You will be focusing on big data analysis, automation, preparation of management reports to the Board and Business Units etc.
• Moreover, you will take responsibility and develop customer-oriented digital solutions worldwide and/or with internal and external partners with focus on data.
• Furthermore, you want to understand and analyze data in combination with business needs to generate business value. You also see creating something new as a chance to learn and improve.
• You are asked to implement reliable digital data services Worldwide to improve Automotive Aftermarkets effectiveness in an increasing digital business environment.
• Your goal is to tell a good Story: You will be preparing dashboards with an easy understandable storyline with the use of Power Bi.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in in information technology, economics, or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: Tools such as BODS, KNIME, Python, R, SQL, Power BI are more than buzzwords to you and you have several years of professional experience in data analysis, preparing and automation of data reporting, from either your studies or work experience, then it is you we are looking for; Cross functional know-how (controlling, production, logistic and marketing) is a plus.
• Personality and Working Practice: strong communication and presentation skills, plus ability to create a clear and compelling lines of argument and storylines with focus on solution and execution. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured and self-organized way of working. You are intercultural and open-minded and a strong team player and interested in collaboration with colleagues from other domains. An agile, analytical, proactive, result, solution-oriented and high code quality working practice
• Enthusiasm: you have passion for innovations in digital topics. You have a strong interest in understanding our customers (Bosch business units and governance departments), their demands and opportunities.
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English
