Title:        Application Support Engineer(IBM Sterling Products)

Location: Remote

Duration: Full Time

 

Job Description:

 

Key skills:

 

  • Experience on IBM Sterling product (any of Connect Direct/ Control Centre)
  • Proficient in product log analysis and Debug log analysis
  • Proficient on windows/ Linux
  • Excellent communication skills- Verbal and Written.

 

Good to have:

 

  • Experience working on any 1 cloud – AWS or Azure.

 

Your Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experience of Managed File Transfer products (Control Center, Connect Direct)
  • Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.
  • Experience in cloud technology /Kubernetes /OCP.
  • Hands on experience of transmissions protocols (sFTP, C: D etc ).
  • Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc).
  • Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security.
  • Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems.
  • Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding.
  • Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.
  • Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model.
