Director, Software Training

As the Director, Software Training at AffiniPay, you will be responsible for ensuring our onboarding and training teams are delivering exceptional service with the most up-to-date, effective and engaging training materials across 3 of our legal software brands.  The training materials will include 1 on1 training content, webinars, video content, and articles.  You are already a people leader within the organization and have experience building training content with an advanced understanding of our products and services. 

What You’ll Do:

• Design, oversee, and rollout software training content
• Define the vision/strategy and build world-class content and curriculum from the ground up for a variety of modalities (1 on 1, 1 to many/webinars and video/article trainings).
• Establish and maintain metrics and other tools to measure the effectiveness of our training opportunities and use them to influence continuous improvement. 
• Ensure teams meet or exceed service levels and quality standards and align with the organization’s OKRs.
• Regularly analyze training needs, identify, and develop new approaches, systems, and curriculums to eliminate gaps and improve the efficiency and success of learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about new products and updates, translating complex technical product knowledge into simple, effective training materials
• Evaluate feedback to ensure learning, course materials, and communications are relevant and effectively communicate the desired message.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of AffiniPay’s brands, systems, processes, and policies.
• Lead, supervise, mentor and coach team members, oversee the delegation and quality of work, set annual performance targets for individuals and the team, and conduct performance reviews

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience supporting or selling AffiniPay’s software brands/products
• 10+ years of client service experience
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams
• Knowledge and experience building learning and development programs from the ground up that can scale with our growth.
• Deep experience leading training and coaching teams in a SaaS organization.
• Broad understanding of industry trends and directions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in measuring and analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity and ethics
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills
• Excellent time management and people skills
• Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel or similar programs required
