Communication:
- Develop a communications plan detailing who will receive information, what information they will receive, and when and in what format they will receive it. Also, decide how the information will be gathered and stored.

Nature of work
- With minimal supervision, performs the full range of project management work, including the most complex multi-faceted projects, ensuring schedule, budget and performance requirements are met and that the technical quality meets standards.
- Excels in developing, scheduling, planning projects and delivering required results on time and at/or under budget.
- Able to perform multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Manages all aspects of highly complex large-scale projects
- Analyzes issues, identifies and helps implement solutions and responses to opportunities or problems that present complex or significant variables. Identifies trends and moves beyond the standard solution toward innovative solutions that are sustainable for the organization and the project.
- Anticipates problems, develops new approaches, and visualizes new possibilities. Analyzes and creates long-term solutions were conventional solutions do not exist. Assesses ramifications across the organization and division.
General
- Works independently to prepare a project schedule baseline plan that accurately reflects tasks, time estimates and resources (including personnel, technology and equipment) associated with each task.
