Sr. Manager, Cloud Systems

This position will have governance and administrative oversite for the Healthfirst public cloud ecosystem while actively collaborating with Application Development, Quality Assurance and Operations teams leveraging these public cloud resources.
This leader will function as an advisor to an organizational unit regarding duties, responsibilities, initiatives, and activities, as well as implementing and executing policies ensuring departmental priorities, schedules and deliverables are attained. This level typically has responsibility for budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural changes.
The individual at this level will embody Healthfirst’s Culture Drivers through his/her workplace behavior, while promoting and reinforcing subordinate behavior that is consistent with Healthfirst’s desired culture.
This position requires three days per week in office (Tues/Wed/Thurs) at 1101 Greenwood, Lake Mary, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership for managing transformation to cloud technologies and communicate cloud feature adoption through strategic roadmaps
Work with architects to develop and promote the adoption of large-scale cloud services, architecture, and standards
Provide support services and training to product development teams to aid their consumption of cloud services and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Create and continuously improve new and streamlined management processes based on the new practices and patterns needed for cloud-based services delivery
Deliver insightful recommendations in a concise, and persuasive manner
Lead the building and delivery of Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Lead the development of orchestration to rapidly transition new Cloud Services supporting a self-service model
Manages the performance of 10-15 direct reports, oversees, and leads the team(s) by providing, feedback and coaching. Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the team.
Provide a stable platform that will meet the requirements of high availability and reliable services that will prevent services outages.
Responsible for maintaining and administering operational dashboards. Contacting stakeholders to resolve issues on time. Coordinate and provide end to end resolution (incident/problem).
Implement change management solutions that will enhance/support the Healthfirst Cloud Ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
3 to 5 years of experience in leading/managing enterprise level IT initiatives.
3 to 5 years of experience in leading/managing public cloud-based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) with a focus on AWS
Experience with incident and change management tools, such as, ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge and experience with Infrastructure/Applications, Windows, Linux, Network, multi-vendor hybrid cloud environment, etc.
Knowledge of public cloud networking design and delivery
Familiar with Linux, microservice & emerging cloud resource monitoring and performance analysis tools
Familiar with enterprise storage solutions both on premise and in the public cloud
Familiar with database concepts and SQL
Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop, and execute
Strong technical background, with previous experience as a high performing individual contributor
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in leading/managing enterprise level IT projects.
5+ years of experience in leading/managing cloud-based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS)
Experience leading transformation and transition of IT organizations from traditional data center to hybrid cloud enabled sol
