The Kitchen Utility & Driver Associate plays a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly while also supporting the timely and professional delivery of food and supplies to clients and venues.
This is a hybrid role that blends dishwashing, kitchen maintenance, and food delivery. You'll be part of a collaborative team where your work directly contributes to the client experience — all while enjoying a daytime schedule, daily family meal (lunch), and opportunities for part-time to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Support & Maintenance

• Wash and sanitize dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Keep kitchen equipment, surfaces, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Support maintenance of the kitchen and help manage daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or support as requested by chefs or managers.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety guidelines.

Delivery & Errand Support

• Safely transport prepared food and supplies to clients or venues.
• Load, organize, and unload items to maintain presentation and food quality.
• Run local errands as requested by kitchen or operations team.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the delivery vehicle.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as requested by the kitchen staff or manager.
• Work collaboratively and take direction in a fast-paced team environment.
• Stay self-motivated and organized, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Uphold a professional and friendly attitude with clients and team members alike.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Valid Chauffeur's License and DOT physical required.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds.
• Availability for daytime shifts, including occasional weekends or events.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
