The Operations Data Associate supports the development and management of dashboards, reporting, and data sets that answer key business questions for the Customer Development Organization (CDO). They are responsible for training and supporting field power users and territory managers in analytics and data platforms. They will oversee key customer development systems, ensuring the field sales teams have the accurate data needed to grow hills recommendations and sales.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and update DOMO dashboards and other reporting
- Validate data sets powering dashboards
- Including Clear KPIs and Targets
- Ensuring strong execution and accountability
- Management of filters and drop downs to answer CDO team business questions
- Train Power users in analytics and analytics platforms
- Create and Maintain Digital Training tools for Territory Manager Analytics Training
- Ensure accuracy of Customer Master list in SAP
- Sample request system oversight and continuous improvement
- Sample request and coupon troubleshooting support for field team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience with Business intelligence/ data visualization platforms including DOMO
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Experience in complex business analysis
- Working knowledge of SAP/ C4C
- Problem Solver

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $70,400.00 - $88,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
