Join our Customer and Internal Integrations Team!

Manage the business & commercial part of relations between DSV & Select IT Providers/vendors data integrators 

Define and improve our integration services (EDI and API) to match party & linked customer requirements.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

Act as Product Manager for Customer IT Providers Party Integrators:

• Manage the implementations of a global solution of the 3rd party
• Together with Sales/Corporate Development and the “ONE IT” engages with the (potential) party as the responsible person to onboard the party in DSV – on behalf of Road Division
• Safeguard governance for integrations with IT providers
• Support the division stakeholders with the existing processes for integrating with IT providers
• Create process aligned with DSV Standard Integration formats
• Ensure that all local & global stakeholders are aligned
• Acts as the first point of contact for operations after business go-live, troubleshooting, advising​
• Vendor management
• Close cooperation with Group Integration office (CINTO) and customer migration program. Establishing/maintaining current & future work process/protocols for BIMs locally and globally with said IT provider
• Analyze our product offerings and special setups and see how we can convert more to standard or make our standard fit more requests from 3rd party integrators
• 3rd party governance – take part in the strategic initiative to align business approach towards IT providers integrators
• Lead & conduct monthly or quarterly follow-up meetings regarding the collaboration between DSV Road & various 3rd party integrators

 

Requirements:

• Experience managing global onboarding and integration of 3rd party IT providers
• Strong understanding of API, EDI, and DSV standard integration formats
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration processes aligned with DSV standards
• Skilled in troubleshooting and post-go-live operational support
• Proven ability to engage with Sales, Corporate Development, and ONE IT to onboard external parties
• Effective vendor management and relationship building with IT providers
• Strong documentation and communication skills to ensure alignment across local and global stakeholders
