Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess health status, identify underlying imbalances, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a functional medicine approach to address a wide range of health concerns, including chronic diseases, hormonal imbalances, weight management, and micronutrient deficiencies.
• Order and interpret advanced diagnostic tests, including hormone testing, genetic testing, and micronutrient analysis, to guide treatment decisions.
• Prescribe evidence-based therapies and interventions, including hormone therapy, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and stress management techniques.
• Educate patients about the principles of functional medicine and empower them to take an active role in their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including nutritionists, naturopathic doctors, and mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, integrative medicine).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in functional, integrative, or preventive medicine.
• Demonstrated expertise in hormone therapy, weight management, gene testing, and micronutrient assessment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to addressing the root causes of illness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of functional medicine.
