About the role
The DSP Global Offer team is part of the Last Mile Delivery and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching, and managing the strategy of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program around the world across all of its various use cases. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage the implementation of a new program as we expand and scale. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end launches of the program, along with supporting day-to-day program needs post-launch as programs scale, develop, and work through growing pains. This position will play a critical role in ensuring an excellent customer experience for DSPs participating in the program as we pilot and scale the through different phases. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-priority new initiative within the Last Mile org and build the future of logistics at Amazon. A successful candidate will have strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills, and stellar project management capabilities. The individual must also be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and should have a track record of successfully delivering results in an ambiguous environment and across a diverse group of stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
• Rapidly iterating new program as we pilot and scale
• Engaging directly with customers to build the future of shipping at Amazon
• Developing and managing global program playbooks
• Deep diving payment issues as they arise
• Developing global best practices for program launches and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders on new geo launches
• Gathering data and metrics to assess program performance post-launch

Bellevue, WA, USA
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
