Your Impact

As Director of Finance, you'll architect the models, forecasts, and financial narratives that guide executive strategy, capital allocation, and investor confidence. Operating as a highly autonomous individual contributor, you'll set the standard for financial rigor while rolling up your sleeves to build best‑in‑class processes from the ground up. Your insights will ensure we scale responsibly, maximize margin expansion, and capture new opportunities in the multifamily tech space.

Key Outcomes

• Robust Financial Planning - Establish comprehensive multi‑year models and rolling forecasts that keep leadership ahead of market shifts

• Investor-Ready Reporting - Streamline month‑end close and deliver clear, timely insight to executives and the board

• Proactive Cash & Capital Management - Enhance visibility into cash flow, empowering confident investment and growth decisions

• Scalable Finance Operations - Implement processes and systems that expand smoothly as Radix's ARR, headcount, and product lines grow

Key Responsibilities

• Own FP&A End‑to‑End - Lead budgeting, re‑forecasting, variance analysis, and long‑range planning with no direct reports but deep cross‑functional influence

• Model & Analyze - Build dynamic, driver‑based models (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, pricing, scenario analysis) in Excel/Sheets and specialized tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan)

• Track and Analyze SaaS Metrics - Monitor and interpret key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, CLTV:CAC ratio, churn rate, and net revenue retention to inform financial decisions

• Provide Strategic Insights - Deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion based on financial data and trends

• Align Cross-Functional Goals - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure financial objectives are integrated with go-to-market and retention strategies

• Partner with Leadership - Advise CEO, CFO, and functional VPs on resource allocation, M&A, and strategic bets; prepare board materials and ad‑hoc analyses

• Elevate Reporting - Design executive dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) that surface real‑time SaaS metrics, margin trends, and unit economics

• Optimize Cash & Capital - Manage cash‑flow forecasting, covenant tracking, and capital‑raise modeling; liaise with lenders and investors as needed

• Drive Process Excellence - Streamline month‑end close, integrate systems (ERP, CRM, BI), and institute SOX‑ready controls in partnership with Accounting

• Ensure Compliance - Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition policies, audit readiness, and tax planning in collaboration with external partners
