This position has both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can treat acute patients at Scripps Mercy (inpatient) and lymphedema upper extremity and Head and Neck patients at Prebys Cancer Center (outpatient).
The Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education as prescribed by qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.
*$4K New Hire Retention Incentive: 30% at 3 months and 70% at 12 months and $3000 Relocation if moving from 100+miles.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a PT in the State of California OR Pending CA PT license (must have license to start)
- Current BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association
