Human ResourcesSr. Program Manager / Lead for the Enterprise Resource Group Program: Strategic development, implementation, and management of the Enterprise Employee Resource Group Program. Collaborates with ERG leaders, employees and executive sponsors to ensure the success and impact of the ERGS in alignment with BMO's zero barriers to inclusion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program development and management
2. Leadership and collaboration - partner with ERG leaders to define goals, provide frameworks and templates for communications, event planning; facilitate regular meetings with ERG leader to provide guidance, share best practices and address challenges; collaborate with executive sponsors and senior leadership to garner support and resources for ERG initiatives.
3. Training & development - develop and deliver training programs for ERG leader to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness.
4. Organize workshops, seminars and events that support the personal and professional growth of ERG members.
5. Communication and Engagement - primary point of contact for ERG-related inquiries and support; develop and implement communication strategies to increase awareness and engagement in ERG activities.
6. Measurement & reporting - establish metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the Enterprise ERG Program; regularly analyze data and provide reports to senior leadership on ERG activities, participation and outcomes; identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the ERG program's impact.

Additional Responsiblities:
Develops, promotes, maintains & manages designated HR program(s), performing periodic reviews, analyzing program outcomes, providing insights and making recommendations for enhancements/changes as required. Ensures the effective & efficient execution of all program components, including ensuring change management & communications are in place for any enhancements/changes and mitigating any risk. Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Acts as the prime subject matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborates across BMO to develop communications strategies and ensure consistency of messaging, in order to positively influence or change behaviour.
