This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, tightly knit team of experts who are leading the transformation efforts in the Energy sector to facilitate a better working world.</p> <p> </p> <p>As EMEIA Energy Solutions Team we have continued to grow over the last 5+ years and need someone who can help continue and expand this growth and work directly with our EMEIA and Global clients to deliver differentiated value. </p> <p> </p> <p>Drawing on your skills and experience, we expect you to deliver innovative and insight-driven solutions and insights for clients, adapt EY methods and practices to fit the client needs, support in delivering EY services in this space and contribute to industry leading thought leadership. </p> <p> </p> <p>This role will require an individual to demonstrate skills and knowledge in several areas both technical and industry, as well as softer skills focusing on client engagement and stakeholder management. </p> <p> </p> <p>The requirement to travel is a central part of this role, travel will be dependent on both business development and client delivery.<br/>  </p> <p>Your key responsibilities</p> <p><br/> The SAP EAM Solution Architect is an experienced leader who can envision, formulate and realize next generation Enterprise Asset Management solutions based on SAP technology. </p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidate will bring strong SAP domain knowledge and technology expertise in the EAM landscape. This is expected to include knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP cloud functionality and the extended landscape of commonly used third party products that together provide a comprehensive EAM solution for energy companies.  This combination of skills and experience enables the creation and execution against product roadmaps that will deliver measurable business benefits in the Asset Management domain.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is responsible for harmonizing multiple SAP EAM teams toward delivering optimized solutions enabling end-to-end asset management processes. <br/>  </p> <p>Skills and attributes for success</p> <p> </p> <p>Candidates will be expected to demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>8-12 years of experience working as Architect/PM with Energy background</li> <li>Strong solution visioning, business process analysis, design thinking and product management experience</li> <li>Proven solution architecture, governing adherence to standards, problem solving, quality control and planning skills</li> <li>Ability to drive collaboration and proactively take on responsibilities for driving market engagement and client activation</li> <li>Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate both written and verbally at professional level (additional language skills would be appreciated)</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Location: anywhere in EMEIA, Netherlands/Belgium as preferred location <br/>  </li> </ul> <p>What we offer</p> <p><br/> As part of this role, you'll work in a highly integrated, global team with the opportunity and tools to grow, develop and drive your career forward.
