Schedule & Employment Type

  • Monday–Friday, daytime availability
  • Hours vary based on business needs; this is an as-needed position with no guaranteed schedule
  • This position is not benefits-eligible

Location

  • Fully remote

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

     

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • 0–3+ years of relevant experience; prior administrative experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Cerner or other EMR systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed or complex work environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic administrative and technical support to assigned leaders and teams
  • Ability to independently schedule appointments and answer incoming calls within three months of hire
