General Information Technology work involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of the following: IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases. Data & Voice Networks. Data Processing Operations. End User Technology & Software Support Conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization’s IT roadmap. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Individuals in these roles have a functional knowledge focus and are primarily responsible for achieving results through their own work and through teams that they may be part of.  Requires the application of theoretical knowledge typically gained through formal education and on the job training.  Progression within the levels reflects increased functional expertise, scope and complexity of work, and ability to influence others.  May mentor, coach and/or train less experienced co-workers.  Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.  General application of concepts and principles.  Growing/Building knowledge of company, processes, and customers.  Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity; analysis requires a review of multiple factors.  Exercises judgment within defined policies and practices to determine appropriate action.  Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals.  Works under moderate direction.  Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.  Frequent internal company and external contacts.  Represents organization on specific projects.

 

Pay Range:   $71,625.00 - $95,500.00
