About the role

About the Opportunity

The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) is seeking to bring on a business savvy expert to develop, launch and drive a new year-round membership product focused on engaging corporations, NGOs, high net worth individuals and philanthropies as members of the CGI community. This role is focused on developing an additional revenue stream for CGI beyond ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities while continuing to expand our network of mission-driven partners focused on social impact. In partnership with the CGI and Clinton Foundation Senior Leadership teams, this role will launch and pilot a membership product in 2025, with potential to build out and scale in future years. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sales and/or fundraising background, with a strong preference for membership sales experience, and a robust professional network. Candidates should have a strong understanding of social impact and philanthropy with a global mindset, have experience developing and marketing new products, and demonstrate proactive sales leadership.

The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. CGI works with partners to drive action through its unique model. Rather than directly implementing projects, CGI facilitates action by helping members connect, collaborate, and develop Commitments to Action — new, specific, and measurable plans that address global challenges.
