The Equipment Service Product Manager for Cytiva is responsible for setting the strategic direction for growing their portfolio and developing offerings in line with this strategy. This role will focus on the Cytiva Qualification Services portfolio and will lead the collection of customer and market requirements and then use this insight in partnership with experts from around our business to prioritize and drive new qualification and calibration offerings. It will also be responsible for driving commercial excellence in the qualification and calibration domain.

This position reports to the Director of Commercial Excellence for Equipment Services and is part of the Equipment Services Product Management organization. We believe working on site fosters stronger team collaboration, enhances communication, and builds a sense of community and camaraderie among employees. This role is based in either Uppsala Sweden or Marlborough, Massachusetts.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Equipment Services Qualification and Calibration portfolio including commercial strategy and new product introductions for growth
• Partner with the Qualification Operations and Cytiva hardware organizations to design and launch new qualification and calibration offerings
• Own targets to improve for reducing the cost to Cytiva to deliver qualification and calibration offerings and other aspects of service
• Liaise with all Cytiva global regions to ensure qualification and calibration offerings are set up and priced to win based on local market dynamics
• Ensure qualification and calibration offerings are being quoted and won at the point of hardware sales.
• In this global role, strong organizational skills are essential to effectively manage and coordinate tasks across multiple time zones. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders from various regions, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to accommodate different time zones and cultural nuances.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position
• Proven ability to manage and improve the efficiency of a transactional process
• Have owned and grown revenue of a portfolio or territory
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunity and develop and drive an action plan to capture that opportunity

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Certified Practitioner in a Danaher Business Systems tool such as Launch Excellence, Customer-Centric Product Definition, or Transactional Process Improvement
• Sales experience
• Experience in a business with a strong contract annuity contribution
• Excel in navigating ambiguity and pivoting as necessary to meet dynamic business needs. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable work style that allows you to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivation and a strong outcomes-focused approach are critical, as you will be driving initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
