About the Job</strong></h2> <p>As the Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will support the administration and evolution of OpenTable’s global compensation programs and philosophy. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Compensation, you will play a key role in ensuring our pay for performance culture and processes are rigorous and market-aligned. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global team, helping us maintain competitive programs that support our mission to serve restaurants so they can serve the world.</p> <h2><strong>2. Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the analysis and structuring of efficient global compensation programs to ensure organizational alignment and market competitiveness.</li> <li>Support the semi-annual compensation cycles by managing data analysis and troubleshooting technical issues with the HRIS systems team.</li> <li>Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to provide data-driven recommendations that support hiring, internal movement, and strategy alignment.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the OpenTable organizational structure and business to inform accurate, rigorous market pricing and benchmarking.</li> <li>Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance for global stakeholders by managing compensation and equity reporting workstreams with our holding company.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>3. Minimum Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a related analytical field such as Financial Planning.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with macros and VBA for complex data modeling.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality, error-free work products with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation fundamentals to diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to balance competing
