Part Time Garage Maintenance

The Garage Maintenance is responsible for the upkeep of the assigned area.    6pm-10pm

Duties include but are not limited to 

• pulling trash
• cleaning elevators and lobbies
• cleaning entrances
• making sure the garage is litter free. 

The Garage Maintenance also will 

• remove cobwebs
• clean signs, shutters, and stairwells 
• complete other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. 

The Garage Maintenance also 

• responds to safety hazards and gives supplies inventory reports to the Supervisor. 

The Garage Maintenance must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
