Senior Support Executive

<p><strong>Ipsos Digital</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Support Executive</strong> to join our expanding <strong>Data Liberation</strong> team.</p> <p>The team plays a key role in maintaining and improving Ipsos Digital’s online reporting solutions, ensuring our internal users across the world have access to accurate, reliable, and well-structured data. The role will directly support the <strong>Head of Client Services</strong> and focus on assisting internal Ipsos users with the <strong>Data Liberation online reporting system</strong>.</p> <p>This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, contributing to the efficient delivery of data-driven insights to Ipsos clients. You will help ensure data accuracy, optimize reporting workflows, and act as a trusted partner to teams relying on Data Liberation outputs.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data in Excel and other reporting formats. You combine technical understanding with clear communication and a strong sense of ownership for the quality of your work.</p> <p>You enjoy problem-solving, testing systems, and helping colleagues resolve data or reporting issues. You are organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining good collaboration with remote international teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <p>Excellent knowledge of <strong>Excel formulas</strong> (including <strong>Pivot Tables</strong>, <strong>VLOOKUP</strong>, and <strong>INDEX/MATCH</strong>).
