About the department
Cloudflare’s CIO organization has an Enterprise Applications Team that operates our enterprise systems end-to-end, providing process cohesiveness across the functional areas. This enables our Cloudflare internal teams to operate efficiently and enable our customers and partners to do business with us.
Within the Enterprise Applications Team is a Go-To-Market team whose main responsibility is to manage our Salesforce platform (Marketing, Sales, Service/Success) in addition to other platforms that support our CRM functional areas.
What you'll do
Cloudflare is looking for a Salesforce certified administrator with Service Cloud experience to join our GTM team. In this role, you will work closely with our internal Business support and service stakeholders to deliver a world class application experience. Based on a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the application.
- Provide development expertise and deliver high value Salesforce application solutions supporting our support, service and success business needs.
- Continually improve our use of Salesforce including automating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and enabling the sales organization for hyper growth
- Work with internal business users to demonstrate the changes to the system and ensure all relevant business needs are addressed.
- Oversee the life cycle of changes to business systems and processes, and prepare detailed status reports for executive management
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 4-5 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
- Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system and best-practices
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications.
- Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for Salesforce Service Cloud functionality. Collaborating with business partners to help shape functional requirements..
- Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: unit testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement for the Salesforce Service Cloud and related integrations
- Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with, and presenting information to leadership.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $126,000 - $154,000.
- For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area) and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $146,000 - $178,000.
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $153,000 - $187,000.
