About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer, Systems Software to join our growing team! You’ll architect, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud systems, leveraging everything-as-code and DevSecOps best practices. The developer collaborates on an Agile team to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and alignment with client goals.
You’ll partner with key stakeholders and play a critical role in deploying and operationalizing secure cloud projects that align with client objectives and regulations and unlock immense value.

Basic Requirements:
- 8+ years of technical experience designing and deploying secure, scalable cloud solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND RESIDE IN THE U.S. All work must be performed in the U.S.
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as this work is for a federal government client. Candidates will need to successfully complete a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check prior to beginning work. Nothing in applicants’ history should prevent them from obtaining a public trust security clearance.
Technical and Skills Requirements:
- 8+ years of Advanced Cloud DevSecOps Expertise: Design and deploy cutting-edge AWS solutions (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda) with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs. Streamline CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Gitlab, embedding security and quality for seamless delivery. Manage databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle RDS, and DynamoDB with tools like Swagger, Redis, and New Relic.
- Programming & Optimization: Build and optimize with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, Ruby, Rails, Swift, Scala, and Node.js. Automate tasks and boost performance to drive operational excellence.
- Data Proficiency: Craft intuitive front-end experiences with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, paired with robust back-end solutions. Leverage SQL, Python, and ETL processes to master data models and flows.
- Cloud Delivery & Security: Deliver cloud-native solutions with advanced networking (TLS/SSL, encryption, key management) and compliance expertise (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, SOC). Build secure, scalable microservices and data stores to power mission-critical applications.
- Innovative Problem Solving & Project Management: Tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and proactive process improvements. Excel in managing multiple projects with strategic prioritization in fast-paced Agile environments.
Strongly Preferred:
- Government sector experience, especially with DHS
- Current holder of public trust clearance.
- AWS Certification such as Certified Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer
- Terraform Certified Associate
- 2+ years of experience developing applications for large-scale business customers
- 2+ years of experience using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum methodology.
