About the Role:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for the complete oversight of all inventory control processes within the Grön manufacturing facility. This includes maintaining accuracy in all inventory tracking systems by receiving incoming materials, conducting regular cycle counts, overseeing the order coordination team and managing finished goods inventory. This position is also responsible for maintaining accuracy and compliance in the state specific Seed to Sale tracking system. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of inventory management within a regulated environment.
In this role you will:
- Manage all Inventory Tracking Systems: Oversee the upkeep, data input, and accuracy of all inventory tracking systems, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across all platforms. This includes system maintenance, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Receiving: Receive and document all incoming raw materials and packaging, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Cycle Counting: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of raw materials and packaging to maintain accurate inventory records.
- End of Month Processing: Lead the end-of-month inventory count and reporting process, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting to management.
- Team Management: Manage and supervise the Order Coordinator team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Finished Goods Management: Perform daily end-of-day cycle counts of all finished goods.
- Order Coordination Support: Perform Order Coordinator duties as needed to support business needs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Variance Investigation: Investigate and correct any variances found during the end-of-day finished goods cycle count, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Distribution Support: Back up the Distribution Manager as needed with creating pick sheets and manifests for outgoing shipments.
- Seed to Sale Compliance: Manage the Seed to Sale system to ensure complete accuracy and compliance with all state and local regulations. This includes meticulous tracking of all cannabis materials from seed to finished product.

- You have 2+ years' experience working in a production environment or experience in highly regulated industries, with a particular focus on compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
