Business Intelligence & Intelligent Automation Manager

Are you passionate about using data and automation to drive smarter business decisions? We’re looking for a Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation Manager in McKinney, TX to lead strategy, development, and implementation of BI and automation solutions that accelerate growth and efficiency. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work with teams across the business to build dashboards, reduce manual tasks through automation, and unlock insights that help shape our long-term strategy.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will:

• Build and lead the long-term BI and Intelligent Automation strategy to improve the customer experience and drive data-informed decisions
• Design and deliver automation solutions (including RPA) to streamline repetitive or manual tasks
• Champion the use of AI and automation across teams, helping turn ideas into real impact
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to improve how we store and access data
• Lead and support a team of developers (on-site and remote), mentoring them through complex projects
• Define and monitor key business metrics, and promote self-service tools that make data accessible
• Create a collaborative, learning-focused culture that supports continuous improvement and innovation

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science or equivalent 
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience/higher education in business intelligence, analytics, statistics, data engineering, data science or related field
• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP applications
• Project management skills, including experience leading BI and automation projects
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with database management systems
• Superb communication and collaboration skills with both diverse business collaborators and technical teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• MBA 
• Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development process
