We are seeking an IT Analyst Intern to join our Dealer Portal Team. This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with a worldwide remote team and gain hands-on experience with production applications. This internship offers more than just technical growth; it provides an avenue for both computer science enthusiasts and business-oriented minds to collaborate, innovate, and transform ideas into reality.

 

Your Impact

• Participate in the Agile process, including user stories, scrum, refinement, and ProdBugs.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to identify and mitigate issues.
• Assign entitlements to users enhancing operational efficiency.
• Perform configuration work tailored to specific user's needs.
• Investigate bugs, contributing to their resolution.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee database management, maintaining structural integrity.
• Work with the business to identify their needs and work that into the safe agile workflow.
• Test user creation/management ensuring optimal functionality.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

Required

• Current student working towards a college degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, organization skills, and prioritization abilities.
• Previous professional or internship experience.

 

Your Workplace

• This is a paid, full-time internship during the Summer of 2024 at AGCO Acceleration Center in Scottsdale, AZ
• Housing and relocation will not be provided.
• Summer internships run from June 2024 through August 2024
