Peraton will deliver a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber-Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it’s AORs. Capabilities include using air, maritime, ground, and space-based platforms to meet mission needs in an ever-changing threat and technology landscape. Our team will provide support to continuously evolve and leverage the latest technologies and best practices to rapidly refresh capabilities and ensure platforms and intelligence operations are optimized to support the SOCPAC missions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airborne ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) Operator Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) and GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence) sensors, a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a proven track record as a non-rated crew member in airborne ISR operations. The SME will provide expert guidance, technical support, and operational oversight to enhance ISR mission effectiveness and ensure the seamless integration of advanced sensor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise operations and oversee SIGINT and GEOINT sensor payloads on airborne platforms to support a variety of mission objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on sensor capabilities, operational procedures, and data collection methods.
- Analyze sensor data to generate actionable intelligence and support decision-making processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs for operators on SIGINT and GEOINT systems, including SOPs and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting related to ISR systems and equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational capabilities.
- Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for airborne ISR operations, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines during mission execution, providing guidance and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with mission planners and operators to design and execute ISR missions, including sensor configuration and data collection strategies.
- Monitor and assess mission performance, providing real-time support and adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Work closely with other team members, including rated crew members and intelligence analysts, to integrate ISR data with other sources of information.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective mission support and data sharing.
- Track user issue resolution in a ticketing system, leveraging this data to develop FAQs and other knowledge management materials.
- Work with cross-functional teams, guiding them through program milestones and ensuring alignment across departments.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance
- 12+ years relevante experience required, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline) preferred, or equivalent military or operational experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Non-Rated Crew member operating Airborne ISR Sensors (GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT)
- Proven experience as a non-rated crew member in airborne ISR operations.
- Able to pass a FAA Flight Physical.
- Strong background in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ISR operations.
- Relevant certifications in Airborne ISR systems or Airborne operations with SOCPAC are a plus

- Experience collaborating with product, customer success, and engineering teams.
