About the role

Great Opportunity for Experienced Maintenance Tech!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Light Electrical (replacing and installing switches, sockets, light bulbs) 
  • Drywall and special projects as needed
  • Plumbing (replace sinks and toilets)
  • Pressure washing and painting
  • Light carpentry
  • Maintaining pool area to include blowing deck, cleaning pool furniture, pressure washing and picking up palms fronds
  • Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects
Pay Scale: Up to $23 DOE Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm 1hr Lunch
