One that makes finance easy and allows our customers to focus on doing what they do best - building their business. However, there was a trade-off. What we gained in speed of delivery required a sacrifice in cohesiveness of our user experience.<br/><br/>We now want to take a step back and stitch everything we have built together into one holistic, intuitive, and enjoyable user experience. This is where you come in. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the design function at Juni.<br/><br/>Someone who can be hands-on, diving deep into the design process, and influencing our products directly. Someone who champions the user experience, crafting solutions that challenge conventions and resonate deeply with our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data, legal &amp; compliance, to deliver impactful solutions across markets and platforms.<br/>In short, someone capable of building a bold vision for design at Juni, and executing it with precision.<p dir="ltr"><br/></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities 👏</strong></p><ul> </ul><ul> <li>Lead the design effort across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in design execution</li> <li>Work hands-on to craft intuitive and delightful user experiences across web and mobile platforms</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape priorities and deliver impactful solutions</li> <li>Conduct UX audits and research to identify pain points and opportunities, driving improvements in the short, medium, and long term</li> <li>Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team, mentoring and developing junior designers</li> <li>Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, infusing new ideas and methodologies into Juni's design approach</li> </ul><p>Within 1 month, you'll:<br/></p><ul> <li>Familiarize yourself with Juni's existing design principles, processes, and ongoing projects</li> <li>Build strong relationships with team members across Product, Engineering, and other relevant departments</li> <li>Conduct initial UX audits to identify immediate areas for improvement</li> </ul><p>Within 3 months, you'll:<br/></p><ul> <li>Propose enhancements to design processes and structures to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness</li> <li>Contribute to shaping and refining Juni's design vision, ensuring alignment with company goals</li> <li>Deepen your understanding of user needs and pain points, advocating for user-centric design solutions</li> </ul><p>Within 6 months, you'll:<br/></p><ul> <li>Drive the implementation of the refined design vision into live products, ensuring a cohesive and polished user experience</li> <li>Lead the development of a high-performing design team, nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p><strong>Tooling ⚙️</strong></p><ul> <li>Figma</li> <li>Hotjar</li> <li>Amplitude</li> <li>Slack</li> <li>G-suite</li> <li>Notion</li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications 👑</strong></p><p><em>What we need to see</em><br/></p><p dir="ltr">Product Design experience<br/></p><ul> <li dir="ltr">10 years of experience in product design, preferably within design led companies, with a portfolio of projects you can use to showcase your skills<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">5 years of experience leading and managing design teams and owning overarching design vision<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Strong execution and understanding of all the core design skills, including UX design, UI/visual design, Interaction design, UX copywriting, Information architecture</li> </ul><p>General experience<br/></p><ul> <li dir="ltr">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions convincingly.<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">Experience working in a fast-paced environment <br/></li> <li dir="ltr">A tuned product sense, ensuring you quickly understand who our users are, what problems they have, and use that to inform your designs<br/></li> <li dir="ltr">In-depth experience collaborating with disparate teams (engineering, product, legal, marketing, and more) and bringing all of th
