Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, professional care in clients’ homes
  
  
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
  
  
• Monitor and report any changes in client health
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
  
  

Requirements

• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
  
  
• Valid TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, team-oriented mindset
