The Elevator Pitch: Why will you enjoy this opportunity?

Join a team of software engineers building the tooling that enables development to run like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will work closely with software engineers across all areas of our division. You will work on leveling up our CI/CD and test systems, enabling teams to gather more insight from our CI/CD pipeline, and keeping development flowing. At times your job will be high-level, identifying strategic investments or deciding which new tools to use. Your job will also involve collaborating with other software engineers on integrating new pipelines, and migrating codebases to our common build and test infrastructure. This role will have direct and visible impacts on a team of 200+ engineers.
 

What You'll Do  

• Build tooling to support engineering test flights and improve the team’s overall productivity

• Be part of our team migrating our build to Bazel to dramatically reduce build time

• Apply secure build and release best practices to ensure our build complies with broader corporate secure release requirements
   

What You'll Bring 

• Bachelors plus 12+ years of experience in a software development and/or CICD role at engineering-led companies OR Masters plus 10+ years of experience

• Expertise in developer tooling, modern tools and best practices

• A generalist mindset, with excitement to own problems end-to-end

• Experience with Jenkins, Bazel, and K8s are assets to this role

This role is an in-office opportunity based in either our Burlington, Massachusetts or Palo Alto, California locations.  Applicants must either be U.S. citizens or have a U.S. Permanent Resident Card. 
 

 The total compensation package for this role includes  equity compensation; a discretionary annual bonus; benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance; paid time off; and more.

The annual base salary range for this position is $127,100 - $226,000
