SUMMARY OF POSITION
Performs administrative support work assisting customers in person and by telephone, receiving and providing customer service information, preparing and processing billing, cashiering, scheduling, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the assigned Director, Manager or Supervisor (supervisor).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED
One (1) year of experience in providing customer service
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of customer service experience, which include handling difficult and varied issues.
One (1) year of experience collecting on delinquent accounts.
Experience with Utility Billing.
High level of organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate (or higher) skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
