Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Prepare, assemble, and pack food products in line with company specifications
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and quality procedures consistently
• Keep work areas clean and safe throughout your shift (“Clean As You Go”)
• Operate machinery as trained and rotate across various production areas
• Ensure accurate labelling to maintain full traceability
• Complete all paperwork accurately and promptly
• Carry out regular checks and escalate any production issues
• Support product changeovers and assist in setting machinery
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Adhere to Hellenic Systems and company procedures at all times
