We partner with our management, business divisions, functional and corporate departments to advice and assist them with a problem solving hands on mentality in these high priority areas and projects.</p> <h2>Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten</h2> <ul> <li>Manages and drives high value strategic projects for the CALID group on a national and international top management level from conception phase to implementation</li> <li>Conduct in-depth analyses, identifying root causes and develop solutions in close collaboration with cross functional teams and business leaders</li> <li>Acts as a business partner to the functional areas and supports their project management effort</li> <li>Take over responsibility for the delivery of own cross-functional projects</li> <li>Develops and maintains an overview of strategic initiatives and the resulting “project pipeline” creating an overview of interdependencies among strategic projects</li> <li>Prepare top management presentations and moderate management meetings</li> <li>Part of the M&amp;A and Business Development (Strategy) team, driving the transformation of a life sciences tools and diagnostics leading company</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifikationen</h2> <ul> <li>At least 4 - 8 years professional experience in a renowned consulting company with a focus on strategy consulting and exposure to the MedTech/Life Science/ Diagnostics industry, or alternatively a comparable in-house department of an international company from any of these industries</li> <li>Degree in business administration (Bachelor / Master/ Diploma), a similar specialization or in a relevant engineering or life sciences related field (e.g. biology, physics, chemistry)</li> <li>Hands-on experience of managing complex projects in the fields of strategy development and implementation and business transformation</li> <li>Experience in Post Merger Integration (PMI) projects and/or exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) and/or venture investments would be an advantage</li> <li>Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management topics in the life science industry would be beneficial</li> <li>Strategic and business-oriented mind-set</li> <li>Excellent communication, analytical and conceptual skills</li> <li>Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and "out-of-the-box” thinking</li> <li>Driven individual, who has demonstrated working effectively in an international environment and bringing teamwork skills</li> <li>Fluent English skills required, German speaking is an advantage</li> </ul>
