Your next role as a Miracle Maker 

TriLink Biotechnologies, a Maravai LifeSciences company, is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Quality Assurance team as a Temporary QA Operations Support - Discovery. In this role you will support the QA Discovery Operations team. The role will help maintain day-to-day operations while enabling continued progress on strategic, high-visibility projects. Responsibilities will include documentation review, assistance with event tracking, participation in continuous improvement efforts, and support for quality system functions to promote compliance and enhance overall workflow efficiency.

This is a temporary role with an anticipated duration of 3 months.

How you will make an impact: 

• Contribute to the execution of continuous improvement projects by collecting data, documenting workflows, and implementing efficiency enhancements.
• Help draft and revise SOPs and related QA documentation as needed.
• Perform documentation support, including review of final product batch records, certificates, and release documentation.
• Assist with monitoring release processes and ensuring alignment to quality standards.
• Support quality events such as Discovery Events and Complaints pertaining to Discovery department.
• Support QAG (Quality Agreements) and CCN (Change Control Notification) documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with monitoring release processes and ensuring alignment to quality standards.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate leads or managers in a timely manner.
• Perform other functions and duties as required to support the QA Discovery Ops team. 

 The skills and experience that you will bring: 

• BS Degree or equivalent experience in a life sciences or related field.
• 1-3 Years of experience or equivalent in the biotechnology industry
• Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team player
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable in a fast paced, stimulating and customer focused environment
• Ability to identify quality issues/discrepancies and escalates to supervisor/manager
• Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., CAPA, deviation, change control).
• Experience with document control systems or electronic QMS platforms. 

 The anticipated salary range for this position is $26.40 - $30.00 / hour. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
