What You Will Do

• Track expenses, prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to management

• Assist vendors and procurement with payment and billing issues in the supplier requisition management (Ariba) system to assure payments and materials arrive as scheduled

• Assist the facilities organization with purchase order management, and status history

• Manage the Florida facility’s vehicle fleet by creating and maintaining equipment records, schedule preventative maintenance, coordinating lease payments, insurance, and vehicle registrations. This also includes maintaining the 2290 yearly tax payments through the IRS.

• Fuel cards

• Gather and prepare reports from fuel disbursements data, including excise tax, energy consumption, and fuel disbursement for cost transfers

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations

• Prepare passthrough costs for tenants

• Assist in work planning

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelors degree

• 2 years of experience or an advanced degree or in lieu of degree 6 years of experience.

• Experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, MS Excel or similar financial systems.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
