Job Description

• Purchasing of machine spare parts: During your internship you create purchase orders to suppliers. Also you maintain master data of spare parts (pricing, lead time, ...). In addition you talk and negotiate with suppliers, follow up and expedite purchase orders and order confirmations with suppliers. Finally you support in spare parts supplier strategy development.
• Sales of machine spare parts: You create offers for international customers and communicate with them (claim management, request management). Furthermore you work in the order management, monitoring, delivery and expedition and also create customer orders. You support in the creation of "initial spare parts packages" for new machines and new customer acquisition.
• Business Development of Spare Parts Sales: You support the business development for spare parts sales and assist in sales promotions and marketing activities. Additionally you work in projects for eCommerce and spare parts sales of the future. Together we develop the next steps in our logistic concept. 

Qualifications

• Education: Studies in the field of industrial engineering, technical business, engineering, business sales, logistics or similar
• Character and Working Practice: Organized, self-motivated and team-oriented
• Experience and Knowledge: basic knowledge in engineering processes and/or technical sales, knowledge in SAP processes
• Languages: English, German is a plus
