Guest Services Associate - Full Time, Days 9a-5p, Mother Baby/Labor and Delivery, Overlook Medical Center

Responsible for ensuring the guests/patients receive exceptional service. Greets guests and patients. Ensures only authorized personnel are permitted to enter, scans according to the protective procedures, and monitors everyone entering the facility.


Principal Accountabilities:


1. Courteously greets everyone requesting to enter the facility, acts as the first point of contact and creates first impression on the visitors.
2. Collects required identification and follows screening protocols.
3. Documents according to CDC Guidelines.
4. Provides direction, guidance, and information pertaining to the facility.
5. Handles and routes all incoming phone calls/mails.
6. Supports other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, and internet research tasks.
7. Performs Maternity Tours other related duties as assigned.

8. Completes Admission, discharge, lactation paper packets. 

Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 0-3 years of related work experience.
3. Customer service experience required.
